Ticket Sales
I worked for the NHL's Florida Panthers as an Account Executive on the New Business team during the 2018-19 season. Within 10 months I generated $165,000 in hockey revenue and $55,000 in concert revenue for the BB&T Center.
As an Account Executive I sold a full menu of products, including season plans, luxury suites, and all-inclusive areas. My client base ranged from families to businesses comprised of a wide variety of industries.
During my time with the Panthers my leadership skills were called upon as I was voted by my peers to represent the New Business team on the Communication Council. I also led our team's morning meetings in which we went over success, roadblocks, goals for the day.
Account Management
My interpersonal skills combined with a unique creativity makes me an optimal solutions architect. The most important aspect of client management is becoming a great listener. I approach every situation by putting myself in the clients shoes, allowing me to pick out to the core road blocks and appropriate course of action.
I have experience in go-to-market partnerships and strategies and the full sales cycle (prospecting, cold sales, implementation, and retention).
Social Media
Social media is no longer a platform for story telling, but story building. Developing a connection with your target audience will provide a tremendous boost to your brand or business. I have extensive experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat.
